Data Security

MascotKit uses OpenAI to analyze uploaded Mascot images, remove.bg to remove image backgrounds, Cloudflare R2 to store and deliver files through public object URLs, and Zoho Mail to send account verification and password-reset messages. Content and account information are sent to these providers only as needed to provide the requested service.

File Storage and Account Deletion

Uploaded and generated files are currently delivered through public object URLs. Do not upload confidential material that should not be publicly accessible.

When you confirm account deletion, MascotKit first removes the files stored under your account's server-owned storage namespaces and then deletes your account record and associated database rows. If storage cleanup fails, account deletion stops and your account remains so you can retry or contact [email protected].
